POLICIES
Booking Fee (Wedding)
In order to secure my services for your date, a signed contract is required along with a $100 deposit. This deposit is a non-refundable, non-transferable retainer fee and will be subtracted from the final balance. The deposit is to be paid no later than 72 hours after your initial inquiry. If no payment is received within the 72 hours, your date will be released and available for booking by other clients. Again, please be advised, dates and scheduled makeup times will only be reserved when a signed contract and booking fee are received.
Booking Times - PLEASE READ
When scheduling your wedding day timeline, please allow 1 hour for the bride's makeup and 45 minutes per bridesmaid. Service times are non-negotiable and should be respected. My max amount of solo services is 9 people, anything over I will need to hire an assistant which is a $100 add on fee. It is the client's responsibility to communicate with the Artist regarding the timeline, to avoid any scheduling conflicts. Please also check in advance with your venue/airbnb on allowed arrival time for your wedding day. Artist is not obligated to complete services if there isn't enough time allotted, payment for all contracted services will still be due regardless.
Payment
The remaining balance is due on the day of the event. The person(s) responsible for the entire balance of payment is the Client who has signed the booking contract. Acceptable forms of payment are: cash, credit card, or Venmo. *No checks* A 3% transaction fee will be applied to all payments made through Square. (credit card)
Contracted Services per Person
You may add or subtract people receiving services up to 60 days prior to the wedding date. Subtracting a person 60 days or less before the wedding, will result in their payment still being charged. Adding a person 60 days or less is not guaranteed and will ONLY be accepted if artist has availability. A five person minimum is required regardless of additions or subtractions.
Late Fee
A late fee of $25.00 will be charged for every 15 minutes of delay when a client is late for the scheduled time, or if scheduled makeup exceeds allotted time because of client delays. If the Makeup Artist is not finished at the end of the allotted time because of tardiness, the Makeup Artist will have to start the next client. The Makeup Artist is not responsible for tardiness and unfinished makeup due to the client being late. This will result in their original payment still being charged.
Travel Fee | Hotel
Travel fee is calculated by $1.00 per mile outside of London, KY. If travel exceeds 4 hours round trip, or earlier than 8:00 a.m. start time, a hotel room is required the night before - no exceptions. It is the client's responsibility to book the hotel room. The client is also responsible for any parking, toll or Uber fees.
Trial Consultation
Trial consultations are held at the artist's studio located in London, KY. The consults are scheduled Monday-Friday only, unless otherwise agreed upon by the Artist. Please arrive to your consultation with a fresh, cleansed face and bring any reference photos that you may have.

All brushes and makeup products are kept sanitary and are sanitized between each makeup application. Artist cannot guarantee or be held accountable for any allergic reactions or complications from the makeup products. It is the client's responsibility to notify the artist prior to the event, of any known cosmetic allergies or current skin conditions.
Touch-Up's
If time and availability allow, artist can be booked to stay for bridal party touch-up's with a rate of $50 per hour. This can be added on per client request.
Cancellation
